Requirements
Experience required for the Home Care Manager / Domiciliary Care Manager
- Minimum 8 years experience in care
- Minimum 5 years of previous managerial experience working in a care environment (preferably domiciliary / home care setting).
- Ideally have managed a service with a “good” CQC rating.
- Professional qualification – ideally NVQ Level 5 (or working towards)
- Excellent knowledge of CQC standards
- Managing, leading and developing a staff team
- Professional, confident and warm personality
- Reliable and punctual
- Willing and able to provide an out-of-hours ‘on-call’ service
- Driving Licence

Duties and Responsibilities
Core responsibilities will include:
- CQC compliance
- Planning, directing and delivery of high-quality person-centred care.
- Be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of the individuals supported
- Ensuring that all company policies and procedures are adhered to
- Organisation of staff rotas, staff review, team meetings, training and mentoring
- Marketing, promotion and sales to help grow the business.
- Generating and developing new business opportunities
- Overall management of the business.
